is an artist, filmmaker and researcher currently working as a senior artist at the Media Laboratory at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna<\/a>. He participated in the art-based research projects \u2018MemScreen\u2019 and \u2018Conserved Memories\u2019 (FWF PEEK). In this context he developed several projects on memory and narration e.g. the documentary movie \u201cThe Phantom of Memory\u201d (awarded at the \u201cDiagonale\u201d 2013 as the best short documentary film), the exhibition \u201eTwo Family Archives<\/a>\u201c (with Shimon Lev<\/a>) or the awarded book \u201cTell it to your child – national socialism in the own family\u201c. In 1997 he developed is art project \u201cpermanent breakfast \u2013 the continually ongoing breakfast in the open space\u201d. He is currently together with Ronen Eidelman and Daniela Zobel running the Anni and Heinrich Sussmann Foundation<\/a>, which awards every year international artists for their committment to antifashism and democracy. Artist, Photographer, Curator and Academic Researcher (Historian), Active participant at various Academic Conferences (since 2008, around 15 conferences in Israel and international) in the fields of Indian, Eastern, Jewish Studies, Art and literature.
